DRUIDS SECURE 3 POINTS!
Druids secured their first points of the Welsh Premier league season against Llandudno, both sides were keen to find their first win with Llandudno yet to hit the back of the net in their opening games, while Druids had yet to find any points.
The visitors started strong applying alot of pressure and enjoying the majority of chances, yet it was the Ancients who were first to score with a effort by Dean Rittenberg - which came from a corner. Llandudno answered almost immediately drawing things level within 4 minutes.
1-1 at the break will have left both sides rueing missed chances, Druids came out the more confident in the second half and soon looked to be capitalising on it - A Nathan Peate header the difference butting the Ancients ahead once again. The match finished 2-1 Druids, a hard fought match and a great advert for the Welsh Premier League - Huw and the boys will be happy with their performance at the chance to get 3 points on the board.
