Druids sign Jordan Evans
Cefn Druids AFC are please to announce the signing of Jordan Evans from Bala Town FC ahead of our Europa League game to FK Trakai.
Jordan although only 22, brings a wealth of experience with him from his time at Fulham, Oxford and Wrexham before his move to the Welsh Premier League - Evans who is comfortable anywhere down the left and in midfield will prove a versatile and talented addition to the Ancients.
Huw Griffiths, Manager said :- "Jordan is a great signing for us - He needs to fall back in love with football and I'm confident he can do that with us. He played a lot for Bala up until Christmas and then they signed Rob Pearson and Kieran Smith, which saw Jordan out of the side. Jordan knows he will have to earn his place in the team, but he's keen to do that and he came to watch us win the play-off final against Cardiff Met. Our style of player should suit Jordan, who will want to do well for his local club, and I'm looking forward to working with him."
Some of the Druids faithful will have already seen Jordan in action during some of our pre-European friendlies and will be happy he has now finally put pen to paper.
