Pre season | Druids 4-0 Albion
Last night Druids took on their neighbours Cefn Albion, although still a fierce rivalry between the two sides this game had a more relaxed atmosphere following the new partnership announcement between the two sides and also the fact that all monies raised from the gate would be going towards a local residential home.
Albion displayed a side full of strong character and determination something which has defined their team since their rebirth. The quality of the Welsh Premier League Druids was never in doubt and they secured 4 goals.
Over £500 has now been raised for Plas Bod Llwyd residential home, and the two sides will leave the game with the strong ties of their local community reaffirmed.
Everyone at The Rock would like to wish Albion all the best in the season ahead.
